Welcome to PakRevo Travel & Tours. By booking with us or using our website (www.pakrevo.com), you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

1. Booking Policy

• Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via WhatsApp through our official channels.
• A minimum advance payment is required to confirm all bookings. Full payment must be made before tour departure.
• All personal information shared during booking must be accurate and verifiable (e.g., CNIC, passport for foreigners, contact details).
• Group discounts or promotions are subject to availability and specific terms.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Customer-Initiated Cancellations
  • 7+ Days Before Departure: 80% refund (excluding bank/transfer fees)
  • 4–6 Days Before Departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 Days or No-Show: No refund
• PakRevo-Initiated Cancellations
• If a tour is canceled due to weather, low participation, or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
• All refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in PKR and include applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
• Prices may change due to seasonal adjustments, fuel surcharges, or changes in supplier costs.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or on-site with confirmation.
• A receipt and itinerary will be issued after payment confirmation.

4. Travel Itinerary & Services

• The final tour itinerary will be shared before departure and may be subject to change due to weather, road conditions, or local regulations.
• Inclusions (transport, hotel, meals, jeep, guide) will be mentioned in the package description.
• Any add-on services requested during the tour (e.g., room upgrades, private transport) will be charged separately.

5. Responsibilities of Travelers

• Travelers must carry original CNIC/passport for hotel check-ins and verification.
• You are responsible for your personal belongings during the trip.
• All participants are expected to follow local laws, respect cultural norms, and adhere to tour guidelines shared by our team or guides.
• PakRevo reserves the right to remove individuals from the tour for disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior without providing a refund.

6. Health, Safety & Insurance

• Basic first aid will be administered. However, PakRevo is not liable for any health issues, injuries, or accidents that may occur during the tour.
• Travelers are responsible for their own health and travel insurance.
• In remote areas, medical assistance may be limited. Please disclose any medical conditions at the time of booking.

7. Accommodation & Transport

• The accommodation category (Standard, Deluxe, or Executive) will be based on the selected plan.
• Room-sharing is usually on a twin or triple basis unless a private room is requested (with an extra charge).
• Transport provided is shared unless private transport is booked.
• Delays due to traffic, landslides, or unforeseen issues are beyond our control and will be handled professionally.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• PakRevo is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses resulting from natural disasters, political unrest, road closures, or disruptions caused by third-party suppliers.
• All services are provided “as available,” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform or partner services.

9. Copyright & Content

All content on www.pakrevo.com, including text, images, branding, and logos, are the property of PakRevo and may not be reused without permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad or Lahore, Pakistan.
