How to Reach

Skardu is accessible via the scenic Karakoram Highway, either through the Besham–Chilas route or seasonally through Naran. The journey from Islamabad typically takes 18 to 20 hours, with an overnight stop in Chilas or Naran for rest and sightseeing.

Departure: Lahore (10 PM) & Islamabad (1 AM) via a comfortable AC coach

Overnight journey via the picturesque Hazara Expressway

Day 01 :

Travel to Chilas

Breakfast stop at Naran/Balakot

Enjoy a full-day scenic drive through winding valleys and alongside mountain rivers en route to Chilas.

Check-in and dinner at the hotel

Day 02 :

Chilas to Skardu

Breakfast at the hotel

Travel along the dramatic Skardu route—open only in favorable weather conditions.

Stopovers at waterfalls, valleys, and viewpoints

Arrive in Skardu and check in for dinner and a night's stay

Day 03 :

Upper Skardu Exploration

Breakfast with mountain views

Explore the peaceful beauty of Lower Kachura Lake and the iconic Shangrila Resort, nestled among the mountains.

Explore Shigar Fort & the Cold Desert of Skardu

Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay

Day 04 :

No, the jeep trip to Khunjerab Pass is optional and not included in the package.

You’ll stay in standard hotels or guesthouses on a twin-sharing basis in Chilas, Hunza, and Naran or Gilgit (depending on weather and road conditions).

5. Are meals included?

Yes. The package includes five breakfasts and four dinners. Lunch, light refreshments, and drinks are not part of the package.

6. Is this tour suitable for families or solo travelers?
